Day 01 : - Arrive Delhi
On your arrival in Delhi the capital of India, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. This magnificent city has been inhabited from the 6th century BC and has been a capital of many kingdoms. Delhi's culture has been influenced by its different rulers and the city is full of beautiful monuments. The Mughal rulers influenced the food habits of the residents and Mughlai cuisine originated here. Old Delhi is a maze of small lanes lined and old buildings and New Delhi has large road with huge buildings. Rest of your day is at leisure. Overnight is in Delhi.

Day 02 :- Delhi to Jaisalmer overnight train.
Your morning Old Delhi tour starts with Raj Ghat where father Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. You will be driven past the iconic Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, a very popular and a busy market in Old Delhi to the next stop - Jama Masjid, one of the iconic, historic and largest mosques in India - built by Shah Jahan. A rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk is worth taking. The numerous shops here sell delicious mouth-watering food, clothes, jewels, household goods, etc. and are virtually a shopper's paradise. Check-out from the hotel is at 1200 hrs noon.

In the afternoon New Delhi tour you will visit Qutub Minar a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in 1192 by Turk ruler Qutub-Ud-Din Aibak. You will then move forward to Humayun’s tomb, yet another UNESCO world heritage site. Your next stop is India Gate, built in memory of the Unknown Soldier. You will drive past Parliament House, President’s House and other Government Secretarial Buildings. Your final destination is Lakshminarayan Temple dedicated to Lakshmi and Lord Narayana. Later, transfer to rail-station for Jaisalmer night train. Overnight is on board the train.

Day 03 :- Jaisalmer.
Around noon, on your arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Jaisalmer, the Desert City of Rajasthan is also known as the Golden City of India and is a magic box full of colors, architecture, culture and tradition. The magnificent palaces, marvelous havelis and beautiful Jain temples of Jaisalmer will leave you completely thrilled. You could always leave this mystical, interesting and glorious heritage city and stay an overnight in tents in the desert. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight is in Jaisalmer.

Day 04 :- Jaisalmer to Jodhpur by overnight train.
This morning you will start your day with the Jaisalmer Fort which is considered to be one of the oldest living forts in the world. The fort constructed in yellow stone from a distance shines like gold due to which it is called the “Sonar Quila” or "The Golden Fort". You will continue with the tour stopping at some of the havelis like Salim Ji Ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, etc. times. Afternoon is at leisure to visit the bazaars or the numerous Jain Temples or nearby places. Check-out from your hotel is at 1200 hrs.

Ludurva was the capital of the Bhatti dynasty till the 12th century and was later shifted Jaisalmer. Ludurva was situated on an ancient trade route and is famous for the Jain temple dedicated to 23rd Tirthankara Parshvanath, Hinglaj Mata Temple, Chamunda Mata Temple and Shiva Temple. Bara Bagh is known for its royal cenotaphs or "Chhatris" of the Jaisalmer rulers. Amar Sagar is a nice lake and is near the Amar Singh Palace. Gadsisar Lake surrounded by temples and shrines. Late evening you will be transferred to railway station for Jodhpur night train. Overnight is on board the train.

Day 05 :- Jodhpur.
This morning on your arrival in Jodhpur you will be transferred to your hotel. Jodhpur is known as the Sun City or the Blue City and was named after its founder Rao Jodha. The city was in the route of Delhi to Gujarat and was a trading centre for copper, opium, silk, etc. Jodhpur is quite known for its festivals and fairs and Gangaur, Teej, Nag Panchmi, etc are celebrated with a big pomp. The Jodhpur sweets are quite known throughout India. Jodhpur has become an important centre for big weddings and also for movie settings.

This afternoon, you will visit Meherangarh fort which is one of the largest forts in India and situated on a sandstone hill. Here you will be visiting Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Your next stop is Jaswant Thada constructed out of thin and polished sheets of Marble which makes it look beautiful in the sunlight. The last stop is Umaid Public Gardens which houses the Government Museum and the Umaid Bhawan Museum, with a vast collection of artifacts. Overnight is in Jodhpur.

Day 06 :- Jodhpur to Ranakpur to Udaipur by road.
This morning you will be transferred by road to Ranakpur Jain Temples which are about 98 kms from Udaipur. This 15th century AD Chamukha Jain Temple made of marble is has more than twenty halls and 1444 pillars with carvings which are different from each other. The shade and lights of this place is quite amazing. If time permits, you could also visit the Surya Temple and the Jain Temple. After the visit of Ranakpur, you will drive to Udaipur.

On your arrival in Udaipur, you will check-in at your hotel. Udaipur known as the City of Lakes, or the Venice of the East was founded by Rana Udai Singh in 1559. Maharana means the Great Warrior, and the one from Udaipur is the head of all the Rajput clans. The rulers from this dynasty are called Suryavanshis (descendents of the Sun) and have the Sun as their insignia. Udaipur is one of the most beautiful cities of Rajasthan. Overnight is in Udaipur.

Day 07 :- Udaipur.
Your morning tour starts with the City Palace, constructed by Maharana Udai Mirza Singh in 1559 A.D. You will continue with the tour and visit the Jagdish Temple built by Maharana Jagat Singh and then taken on a drive around Fatehsagar Lake. Your next stop will be at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, a renowned museum of Udaipur with folk articles of Rajasthan. Your final stop will be at Sahelion ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends). Afternoon is at leisure for discovering the various bazaars. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 08:- Udaipur Jaipur by overnight train.
Your full day is at leisure to explore more of Udaipur. You will checkout from the hotel at 1200 hrs. Optionally, you could visit Chittorgarh also known Chittaurgarh, Chittor or Chittaur. Chittaurgarh was under siege three times and each time the fiercely independent people fought bravely and when they were on verge of losing, thrice Jauhar (self immolation by throwing oneself in a burning pyre) was committed by the ladies and children. It is said that the Mughal ruler Alauddin Khilji fell in love with Queen Padmini at first sight. The brave queen preferred to jump in a burning pyre than be enslaved by the Mughal ruler.

In the sightseeing tour of Chittorgarh you will visit the Vijay Stambh, a 9 storied structured built of red sandstone and white marbles with a height of about 37 meters. The fort is decorated with sculptures of Hindu Gods and pictures related to epic stories of Mahabharata and Ramayana. Later you will be visiting the 22 meter high Kirti Stambh which is adorned with Jain sculptures. Later in the evening you will be transferred to railway-station for your Jaipur overnight train. Day 09:- Jaipur
This morning on your arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Jaipur, also known as the pink city is the capital of Rajasthan. Many captivating palaces are present here having breathtaking design and architecture. In the 18th century Prince of Wales had visited Jaipur and the entire city was painted in pink color and due to these pink buildings the city is known as the pink city. Origin of Jaipur lie 260 year back. It was built by Maharaja Jai Singh and Jaipur got its name from this king.

This morning you will visit Amer fort also known as Amer Palace or Amber and was the ancient capital of Jaipur. This magnificent fort was constructed in red sand-stone and marble by Raja Man Singh. Near the Ganesh Gate, there is a temple dedicated to the Goddess Sila Devi. The Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khas, Sheesh Mahal and Sukh Niwas are quite beautiful. At the he Sukh Niwas, a pleasant climate is created by winds that blow over a water cascade. You could ascend the fort by walking up the steps or on an elephant's back or in jeeps.

In the afternoon tour you will visit the seven storied Maharaja's City Palace which is a perfect blend of Mughal, Rajput and European architecture. Your next stop is Jantar Mantar, the observatory which attracts mathematician and astronomers from all over. You will visit Hawa Mahal popular for its magnificent architecture. A tour of Jaipur is not complete without shopping for clothes, carpets, jewelry, various handicrafts, silk paintings and miniatures. Overnight is in Jaipur.

Day 10:- Jaipur
You have an entire day free to explore Jaipur also known as the Pink City Jaipur. Or optionally you could visit nearby places like Galtaji and Sanganer. Galtaji with several temples and sacred water tanks is an important site for Hindus. The other important temples in Galtaji are Balaji temple, Sun Temple and Ramgopalji Temple. A large number of monkeys are ever present in the Ramgopalji Temple complex. Of the seven sacred water tanks known as kunds, the Galta Kund is the most sacred. On the auspicious day of Makar Sankranti, large numbers of devotees bathe in these kunds.

Sanganer is famous for textile printing and its Jain temples. In the Sanganer prints, the designs in colors are printed on a white background. Lord Adinath is the deity in the red stone Shri Digamber Jain temple. This temple has fine carvings and was built in phases during different times, the last part in the 10th century AD as per an inscription on one of the Toranas. The temple has seven underground floors kept closed due to old beliefs. Visitors are not allowed to enter the underground floors and only an ascetic Digamber saint can enter these floors. Day 11:- Jaipur to Agra by train.
Early morning you will be transferred to the rail-station for your Agra train. On your arrival in Agra, you will be transferred to your hotel. Agra the former capital of Hindustan is a city on the banks of the river Yamuna. Agra is a major tourist destination of India and a part of the Golden Triangle tourist circuit along with Delhi and Jaipur. Agra also known as Akbarabad went through its peak during the time of Mughals and was the capital of under the Mughal rulers Akbar, Jahangir and Shahjehan. Agra is famous for inlaid marble work and handicrafts made of marble, wood and metal.

This afternoon tour of Agra will take you to the Taj Mahal one of the wonders of the world. Taj Mahal was built in white marble by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of wife Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Standing majestically on banks of Yamuna River, this breathtaking, immensely beautiful monument is a synonymous to romance and love. You will continue with the tour stopping at the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will visit Khas Mahal, Jahangir Palace, Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas.

Day 12:- Agra to Delhi by train.
You have a free day in the Mughal city Agra to explore the various monuments and bazaars. You will check-out from your hotel at 1200 hrs. You could optionally visit Sikandra or Dayal Bagh Mandir. Sikandra houses the tomb of the Mughal emperor Akbar. According to Tartary traditions, Akbar himself planned and started the construction. The tomb was finished by Akbar's son Jahangir in 1613. Dayal Bagh is a beautiful temple being made in white marble. The carvings in white and colored marble and other semi precious stones are life-like. Later in the evening you will be transferred to the rail-station for your Delhi train. On arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight is in Delhi.

Day 13:- Departure
You have a free day in Delhi for shopping and more visits. You will check out from your hotel at 1200 hrs. In Delhi you could take an optional tour of Swaminarayan Akshardham - one of the world's largest temple complexes and built from pink sandstone and Italian marble. The temple has 234 pillars, nine domes, 20,000 idols of sages and 148 of full sized elephants. Yagnapurush Kund is a large step well with a musical fountain. A short boat ride takes you through 10,000 years of Indian history. As most of the flights depart after mid-night, accommodation is not included in Delhi.
